Brief introduction of K2034 Shockwave Kit:
1. K2034 pulse valve repair kit mounted on RCAC20T4, RCAC20ST4, RCAC20DD4 & RCAC20FS4 diaphragm valves is a shockwave springless diaphragm. The pulse valves with shockwave diaphragm are especially designed for dust collector service applications, combining high flow, long life and extremely fast opening and closing to produce reliable and economical operation.
2. Proprietary highperformance engineering thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE).
3. The high quality diaphragms are reinforced and wear resistant to guarantee a long operating life.
4. Working Principle: When different pressure (or force) acts on both sides of the diaphragm of the pulse valve, the diaphragm moves to the lower side of the pressure, resulting in the displacement of the center of the diaphragm.
