2.5'' VEM VNP Dust Collector Pulse Jet Valve DB120/C Diaphragm Kit
The electromagnetic pulse valve produced by our company is improved by introducing international advanced design technology. It is used for dust removal of compressed air switch of dust collector cleaning system. The components of key departments are imported materials, adopting threaded connection and reliable installation.
The working pressure of the electromagnetic pulse valve must be strictly controlled to 0.2 MPa to 0.6 MPa, and the requirements are relatively stable. Before the electromagnetic pulse valve is installed, the impurities in the air bag must be strictly cleaned; the compressed air must be strictly controlled to be a clean and dry air source.
The use of low-resistance, high-blowing pulse valves allows each valve to clean a larger area of filter material, greatly reducing the overall cost of the injection system. Due to the reduction in the number of valves, the operation and maintenance costs of the precipitator are correspondingly reduced, so we have to choose the solenoid valve diaphragm that can be applied in the high, medium and low pressure ranges.
